Processing Speed

Hello!

My receive date for the 7th year extension was 11th of Feb, and it was approved on the 28th of Feb. I am not complaining, but how is this happening?

Nope!

My thoughts are the following possibilities:
- CSC mistakenly thought it was a premium processing
- Lawyers accidently paid the extra $1,000 (because I didn't)
- As I am from Sri Lanka, there was a press release that due to the Tsunami that certain requests are expedited, and this fell into that catagory.

I have asked the lawyers for their thoughts, but have not got a response yet.
