Thanks for the update.

My RDs and NDs are 12/30/05 and 01/05/06 with WAC#06072xxxxx. Wating for the AP and EAD.

What is yor RD, by the way? I have about 6 days gap between the RD and ND.

my case looks like abu2003 (see signature),
my and my wife's WAC#s at CSC all start with: WAC060785XXXX
LUD on all filings 2/3/06

No FP notice and no AP/EAD yet....
For once we would actually need the EAD really urgently.

I thought I got AP early, but look like you got it earlier than me.
We got AP approved on 02/22/06
But our ND : 12/22/05 :p
 
It is amazing. We just received several e-mail on the approved of our EAD. Are they working at this hours ? (nearly 11PM PST).
So now we got both EAD and AP approved :D
Next thing is to wait for I-140. I hope it will be fast like AP and EAD.

My RD : 12/19 and ND : 12/22 (on the message) 12/21 (on the paper). Don't know to trust on what, but eithers are fine :)
 
AP approval

After seeing newbies and abu2003 progress last night I figured we should be next getting our AP. And indeed - just opened my email and there were CIS emails sent at 3 AM! saying my wife's and my I-131 cases were approved 2/23/06 (are they working at these hours?)!!! Probably someone enters the cases processed during the day into the computer system at night.

Next is EAD....
 
Update

I got a LUD, email and a message change that the EAD for myself and my wife is approved. Updated my signature.

I-140 : RD - 01/10/06
I-485 : RD - 01/10/06; FP code 3 done - 02/01/06; LUD on 02/01;02/02
I-131 : RD - 01/10/06; AD-02/23/06; Card received on 02/26/06
I-765 : RD - 01/10/06; AD-03/01/06; Card received on xx/xx/xx

you're kind of ahead in the game...I'm still waiting for my EAD and didn't get fingerprinted yet...

Strange thing happened today - the LUD for the already approved APs changed to 3/2/06 and I got an email again that they were approved and would be sent out. I guess that's a good thing since we didn't receive anything after the AP approval on 2/23 yet.

No sign on EADs yet though.

There will be at least 2 LUD after the approval for both EAD and AP.
1. Approve
2. Order document
3. Send the order document to applicant
4. There maybe also the 4 LUD for sending approval notice to applicant (option)

I received 2 documents for each EAD and AP and got total 4 LUD on AP and 3 LUD for EAD. One document is approval notice, another is the card for EAD and the travel document for AP.

It seems CSC pickup some cases randomly and process it from anytime. I just check few days in Dec and found 3 I140 approved, 1 RFE. Plus around 62 (I485 approved). With ND around 12/15-12/22
Those people should be very happy to receive those decision.

funny, and I'm happy just to see a LUD today (03/04/2006) on my EAD

If you scan all I140 applications submitted to CSC during that period, you will see them
 
EAD approved

USCIS writes: On March 3, 2006, after approving your application, we ordered you a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

I am curious. What's your PD and which nationality? Please don't take wrong asking this. I am waiting to file my 1-485 since Oct 05, since EB2 dates are backwards.

Sure. I filed PERM LC and my PD was 11/23/2005. I am with non-retrogression country. My EB2 is current for now. Mine is 140/485 concurrent.

I am waiting for my Finger Print notice. Anybody can give me an estimate timeframe about when I can expect my FP notice coming after the ND of 485?

My ND for I-485 is Jan 10, 2006. I received my finger print appointment approx. 3 weeks after that. In my opinion, there is no time schedule. It ranges anywhere from 2 weeks - 3 months. It depends upon the guy who is prcessing your case. In any case, you should receive it soon.

I am new to this 140 forum and I will be concurrent filing my 140 & 485 soon. My attorney is sill working on my paper work.
I would highely appreciate, if any one could explain what are all these LUD, FP etc dates.

Finger Print

Hi,

Has anybody got the FP notice? I submitted I-140 and 485 in Jan 2006. I got the AP and EAD in the beginning of March. But I haven't heard any news about the FP.
