Let me start the new thread for tracking I-140 at CSC from December 2005 to January 2006. Please post your information, discussion, or advise here if your topics are relevant to the thread. Thanks, folks. And God bless you all.

No FP appointment yet ...

Glad to see your FP appointment has been set. I haven't got any FP notice. Hopefully we don't have any name check issue. Please post your FP status later.

Just an update from my side. Did my FP on 02/01/06. Got LUD on 02/01/06 and 02/02/06. However I am not sure what that means.

Yeah I got similar. LUD on 02/02 and 02/03 :) Got FP on 02/02 just 1 day after yours.
 
Where's my FP notice?

Haven't got my and my wife's FP notice yet. Don't know if this is a problem. Should we receive FP notice at our home address? Or should we call to schedule an appointment at CSC? Please advise ...

As far as I know you dont have to schedule for FP. Atleast I did'nt do it.
I received the FP notice at my home address. The lawyer also got a copy of the notice.
I honestly dont know how long it normally takes to receive them once you submit you I485. In my opinion, you should be receiving it shortly.

Give CSC at least a month. Yours is too early.

I received my notice more than 1 month after apply concurrent. Mine RD is in Dec 2005.

Last : LUD on all 2/3/06

If you haven't received any notice how did you find out the LUDs? Don't you need the receipt numbers to check the status from USCIS website? Just curious.

I assume he is talking about the FP notice.
Just the fact that he has RD in his signature tells me that he has already received his receipt notices. Therefore, he has a WAC number to check his case online. Is that right gc_2006?

correct I got WAC#s and am checking online - I am waiting for FP notice. Last year it took 1 month to get FP done and then another 3 weeks to get EAD and AP...CSC now is embarrassingly slow.

485/I140 and related cases RD Nov 30th 2005


got AP for both my wife and I on feb 10th
my wife's EAD got approved last week (feb 7th)
but haven't got FP yet...

I have been told by the USCIS cust service that fingerprinting and picture at port of entry constitute a valid FP (code 2 I believe)...so I guess that's why she got EAD without the FP notice...

I still believe we will be notified for the 10-finger fingerprinting later...
 
FP notice

Mmmm ... Looks like FP date is quite random today. I see less than 1 month after filing I-485 and more than 6 months.

Does anybody know exactly how we reqular the processing date of FP notice?

I got a LUD, email and a message change that the advance parole for myself and my wife are approved. My signature is below (In my earlier post I've mistakenly printed my RD as 01/16/06 instead of 01/10/06).
I am a little bit surprised because the CSC processing time shows Dec 05, 2005 as the current processing time for AP.

I-140 : RD - 01/10/06
I-485 : RD - 01/10/06; FP appt. scheduled for 02/01/06; LUD on 02/01;02/02
I-131 : RD - 01/10/06; 02/23/06 - AP approved for me and my wife
I-765 : RD - 01/10/06

Hi abu,

What's your ND and first few digits of the WAC#. Also what's the approval date for your I-131s, is it 2/23?

I guess the official dates they put on their website is little bit conservative.
