I am in the following situation.

Priority Date = Jan 2009 .
140 approved = Jan 2010.
EB2 Indian born.

Planning to Marry my fiance who is already GC holder and was born in non-retrogressed country .

Can i apply 485 with CC to her country of birth after i get married to her ?
