Don't worry about not getting approval email. Card Production Ordered email that you received is the same as getting approval email.
A friend of mine was never get any approval emails when he received his greencard in the mailbox.

Same thing happen to my friend. The wife never gets emails but the husband did. Then both received greencard in the mail within a week time.

If that is the case its fantastic then, i called TSC they told it will be in normal process, I received my card (The Green CARD>>>>>>>>>>>>) yesterday in mail, Hopefully i will check mail box regularly and see if my wife will get it....

can you post your friends details over here, without emails without approval notice how can they get man.

we cannot say everything will happen in uscis......
