Yep, I know they know about us whatever they want, if not, they would ask us and we would give them the information willingly. But for administrative issues, your life for the embassy starts the day you do the interview. That is the day your documents have to be valid. I mean, that you didn't have to have your birth certificate the day you did the web registration (I hadn't and I asked for it 1 month before the interview). The same with your High School certificate, the certificate issuance date have to be previous to the interview day ;).

Moreover he has the embassy confirmation.
 
OKAY, before i get lost in the excitement of this thread, i just remembered -- my CN is 2009AS28XXX, so there is only a slight chance that i will get called for an inteview.

That would mean you need to recall your DS-230 ASAP, so that by the time you have the certificate to send new DS-230 without delay. Recalling it could cause a delay on it's own. So, do it quickly.
