Cost of L1b to H1b transfer

Can someone tellme how much it costs to transfer L1b to H1b , considering the candidate has previous H1b and he has never stayed outside of USA for more than 12 months.
And is there a separate cost for transfering families status
(l2 to h4) ?

Same charge as of a new H1. All the fees are listed in www.ins.gov


considering the candidate has previous H1b and he has never stayed outside of USA for more than 12 months.
