Conviction date? Is that the date when i had the court day? End of my probatiom period? Or misdemeanor date? I am calculation 5 years to keep clean record. Please let me know. Laywers say you should have clean record for the last five years and if you have a misdemeanor case, you should start "new five years" from conviction date. I am confused. Thanks.
