I am planning to upgrade from eb3 to eb2...

My details are below.

- I got B.E. in CS.
- I got more than 10 years experience which includes 9 years US exp.
- I got 140 approved and 485 is pending for more than 180 days...

is there anything we must have to upgrade from eb3 to eb2...

Please let me know....

Your qualifications don't entirely matter for deciding EB2 or EB3; it is what the job requires (as specified in Labor certification). What is the job requirement specified in your LC?

if new employer is ready to file new LC and new I-140 in EB2 and EB2 I-140 gets approved and I-485 is still pending at that time then one can recapture early PD of EB3 I-140 and Interfile Second EB2 I-140 with Pending I-485 and can provide the job offer letter of new employer who filed EB2 I-140 and one can request the USCIS to approve the I-485 based on Second EB2 I-140.
