Continuous residence and n400

Hello,
I have searched the forum and did nor find something similar.
On 12/03/2007 I got an immigrant visa. On the 12/10/2007 I came to USA, got an endorsement stamp on my I-551, stayed for few days with relatives and came back to Europe to finish all my issues in the old country, so I can immigrate without "tails". After 75 days of handling the issues and working in my old job, I came to USA and never left it since.
Will I be able to file N400 based on 4.9 years from 12/10/2007?
Thank you.

Yes, 4 years and 9 months from the resident since date on your card but add a few more days (perhaps a week) to cover bad calculations and to avoid headaches and anxiety.
