How many photos for medical?

How many photos are required for medical? Immihelp says 3 but Chennai
consulate web site (In FAQ) says 4. Is Konica lab opens on Sunday?
Any ideas?

I do not have the exact directions from T.Nagar. But i did go to the site. its not like yahoo maps. You can zoom in to see the direction till a particular road or street. Not to a specific address.

Santha, for medicals you can take photos from here

I do not know if you have COSTCO in your area, but they are pretty good and charge only $5 for 2 copies.

Do you know if we need notary for any documents other than I-134 and
employment letter.

How is Hotel President?

They are giving 20% discount and rates are very reasonable considering
the fact that it is a **** hotel and comparing with other hotels. The
standard double room after 25% tax is turning out to be Rs.1575/- I am
not sure if it is in a close proximity to all three facilities. If any
one is familier, please give your comments.

We are reaching Chennai on Feb 1tth morning at 8am. Anyone in the same boat. Any idea about hotels
 
I am reaching on Feb 10.

I am planning to stay in President. Savera is more expensive and I am
not sure about the proximity of facilities. But they said consulate is
only 5 min drive. Let me know if you come across with some thing more
concrete.

Its the worst hotel i ever stayed in, Stupid staff, dirty and basically it was a bad experience

New woodlands is good, Good place to eat, near to consulate and lots of Rickshaws around to go anywhere and every body knows the place. I don\'t know the rates per day, I think it is around 1000-1200 per day.

1) I do not have all the 3 years tax papers. Where can I get tax transcripts. Will the IRS be able to give that to me? Is there a charge?

call irs @1-800-829-1040 and select the option for transcript of tax return for 1998, 99 and 2000. (Before you reach this option you have to go thru different options). Keep your SSN and first four digits of your address handy.
