confused - help please

Hello everybody,

First, I want say thank you to the founders of this great website.

I am confused about the cuttoff numbers and the word "CURRENT" of Visa Bulletins.
Anyway, I am from north africa, I won the DV and this is my case Number 2013AF0008****
Depending on your experience, when am I expected to receive the second notification letter (2NL)?
And consequently when am I expected to be interviewed?

Cut-Off Numbers: Visas are available for immigrants/successful candidates with 'selection numbers' below the specified numbers for the particular month/period.

Current: Visas are available for all immigrants/successful candidates regardless of their 'selection numbers'

Case Number 2013AF0008**** : Most likely current between August - September 2013
