I have filed my I485 in Aug 15, 2007 at NSC. In Feb'2008 i moved to Texas and updated my address to USCIS.

Will they transfer my application to TSC? because currently i live in Texas.

Whether this address change will slow down my process?

Is there any chance USCIS to approve my case since my PD is current in April?

1- they may transfer at some point, and they may not. There is no rule that they will transfer cases based on an address change, and it's more likely that your case will stay in NSC.

2- The address change in itself won't slow anything down, why should it?

3- NSC processing times have not reached August 2007 yet, so I wouldn't expect any approval anytime soon although there's always a remote possibility, however unlikely...
