Concurrent TN and TD applicaiton

Hi all,

First question, my initial TN visa will expire on February 2025, I got accepted with a PRN job and planning to do concurrent TN visa @ the POE next month, is it going to be okay to do that? I am also planning to apply for extention next year when my initial TN visa expires. ( I also have an approved 1-140 but my priority date is far from current)

Seconds question
My wife is on her TD visa which also expires on February 2025 with her philippine passport but now have gotten her Canadian passport last year ( she got her canadian citizenship). My questions is can I apply for her TD visa ( using her canadian passport) @ the POE together when I apply for my concurrent TN next month? Iis there going to be a problem when her initial TD visa is on her philippine passport?

Thank you Nelsona. one more questions, when applying for my extension TN visa next year, do I go a week before my expiry date? and would my offer letter from the employer have extension written on it?

A week should be enough. Every TN is technically a new TN - no need to mention "extension" .
