I recently became a US Citizen. My wife got a query on her GC the day I got my GC approval and we responded and its still going on. I am planning to apply for her GC again thru my citizenship now.

I read some forums and came up with the following forms to be submitted. I-130, I-485, I-131, I-765, I-864, I-693, G-325A for me and wife.

How and where should I inform them that my wifes GC application is already pending with them?
Is it good idea to apply for I-131 & I-765 since her I-131 is valid till Feb'11 and EAD tilll Mar'11.

She got an RFE five years ago and you haven't been raising cain with your Senator since then? Well, her petition is dead now that you are no longer a Permanent Resident, but I am baffled why you waited so long.
 
Well I am contacting the senator and the congressman here but of no use, they say that case is different from mine!! My priority date is june 2003 and they say since my wifes case doesnt match the current priority date we have to wait. And the funny thing is the query was that the doctor did not sign the medical certificate and just stamped, see my luck that officer went and saw only that page!! :(

That's true, but she could have asked. But if you were stuck in the PD wait then I can understand the delay.

I'd have her file the I-131 and I-765; once it's accepted and you have an I-485 receipt she should write USCIS requesting withdrawal of her earlier I-485.
