Concurrent Filing I140 & I485 Nebraska Service Center

If you are from India, China or the Philipines, you will be affected the retrogression.

If so, your I-485 will be accepted (since you filed your I-485 before Dec 30, 2004) but it will not processed until your priority date becomes current. Fortunately you can now apply for EAD and AP as many times as necessary until your I-485 is adjudicated.

That is correct, approximately on the 15th of every month, the new Visa Bulletin for the next month comes out. You'll be able to follow the priority dates in there.

According to the USCIS, they do not expect the PDs to move until March or April of this year.

Hi,

Need feedback from the forum.

Is it mandatory to have an Advance Parole if there is pending concurrently filed application with INS. I am asking this since I have a valid H-1 Viza with a valid stamp on my passport. In such scenario if I have to leave US for visiting my home country do I need Advance Parole?

Will appreciate answer as I need to take decision soon.

Hi KK,
LUD is changing on everything inlcuding AP/EAD/140/485. Current LUD for 140 is 01/27/2005 and for 485 is 01/31/2005(Even for my wife also). I am EB3.
only LUD is not changed is for my wife's AP.

Hi,

Our EAD and AP will be expiring in next 3 months. Did anybody applied EAD & / or AP on their own for renewal. As the attorney fees are extremely high. So I was thinking to apply on my own.

If any one expert on the same, please reply.

yes, I have applied my EAD and AP (3 times for self and spouse) myself.
As a matter of fact, I have replied to all the RFEs myself. Including the 485 RFE. It is very simple. so go ahead and do it.

FYI all my cases are approved including 485.

Still waiting for my I-140 approval (see details in my signature)

LUD on my I-140 hasn't updated since 08/05/04 (since the ND)
LUD on my I-485 hasn;t updated since 09/15/04 (since finger printing results were received back by them)

I am not sure what is happening in my case.... :( :confused: :mad: :eek:
 
I applied for renewal of my EAD and AP on my own. It's a straight foreward process.Both were approved 02/2005
 
Hi Dude,
I too am in the same boat (or may be little worst condition). My ND is 05/06/2004 and I-140 is not yet approved, nor have I received ANY fp notice.
Guess wait and watch is the best as the 800 number lady has a cookie cutter answer that we are processing I-140 for September 2003. (We all know that is not true).
