Concurrent Filing I140 & I485 Nebraska Service Center

My guess is that , NSC will be processing RFE cases until beginning next year.

Concurrent filers, are we on a wrong boat heading in the wrong direction
 
EAD approved

Hi all,

my EAD status says, "this case got approved on dec 6th."

I think NSC is doing some job.

I filed concurrent filing.

I 140 approved , EAD and AP approved.

Did FP on Dec 5th.

Today, morning I checked my I-140 status on website and found it has been approved on Dec 5

Here are details as it is a Concurrent Filing for all the document

RD : 10-16-2002
ND : 10-28-2002
FP : 12-05-2002
I-140 Approve Date :12-05-2002

Discrepancy

Hi all

Talked to IIO and said EAD(spouse) approved and mailed on dec 3rd. Checked AVM same day. Same msg saying approved on dec 3rd. Website did not change till 6th Dec. On dec 6th the website msg changed to case approved on Dec 6th(note the date dec 6th). ..Went back to AVM and now it says dec 6th.. Is this usual????

please let me know first few numbers of your lin#

,mine RD for 140/485/ead/ap
was 24oct 2002 and lin numbers for all the applications were
03-032-52xxx

I just want to get the approximate idea about , what lin# applications are currently getting processed at NSC and how far away is my application in the queue.

Guys i noted the time for I140 processing jumped from 180 days to 210.....

"Your I140 IMMIGRANT PETITION FOR ALIEN WORKER was received on October 04, 2002. We mailed you a receipt with information about processing. It is taking between 210 and 240 days for us to process this kind of case. We will mail you a decision as soon as processing is complete."

Everyone,
The processing times have shot up ,
to 450-480 days for I485
210 -240 days for I 140 (240 after rfe)
60-75 days for ead which is the only good part.

SO goodluck myhope of seeing an I 140 approval are dissappearing at this rate
I 140 sep 4th
Rfe Oct16th
Rfe recieved by ins nov8th
no news at and now it is 240 days instead of 180

EAD

If they cannot approve I 140 within 60-75 days how can they approve EAD within that timeframe
I thought people are getting EADs only after I 140 is approved

My attorney faxed me the I-140 Approval Hard Copy. Details shows on Apporval Notice are

Receipt Date : 10-28-2002
Priority Date : 11-08-2002
Notice Date : 12-05-2002

Ead etc are approved except for a few ,
Please stay active to help out others ,
Please post atleast occasionally as experience is needed.

Sirisha76 has made an excellant observation. Many guys whose I-140 is approved have stopped posting on this forum.

Guys wake up ! Please be active atleast till your GC is approved.

As far me, I am still in the process of putting the documents together for my RFE. Hopefully some time next week my attorney will send the reply.

Nothing much to post from my side.

I-140 approved on Nov 12th and AP on Nov 21st, still waiting for EAD approval......................

I-485 Received by INS on Sep13th 2002
I-765 Received by INS on Sep13th 2002

Called IIO yesterday they say that my case is assigned to an officer and was not sure when it will be done and same old words "All cases are taking longer than usual time".

I don't no if I can get my EAD from local INS or not???????
