Just received an email that my EAD got approved on 5/18. Surprising I got it approved in about 5 weeks, no FP notice yet though.

Labor substitution: CA, EB3 CSC
Priority date : 01/31/2002
I-140/I485/I765/I131 file date : 4/1/05
Receipt Notice received on 4/19/05
Receipt date: 4/12/2005
EAD AD: 5/18/05
 
HI,

Did you recived EAD Number like SRC04012XXXXX. If you have then check status in online. You will get it within 90 days. If you are not recived(EAD Paper) anything before end of june then go for H1 extension. Don't wait otherwise you will be in trobule. IF you are waiting for EAD. You didn't recive apporved EAD, Don't tell anybody my visa will get over mid JULY.

If you don't have EAD, You can't work. Until you get EAD approved paper or card.

Do you guys see any updates on the USCIS status checks? zdf31 , how did you get to know about ur I-140 approval?
 
I got e-mail. Registe in the USCIS website, they will send you e-mail about any progress of your cases.

EAD: 05/31/05 <---------

Just got the email that both my and my wifes EAD got approved. Friends ... what do I have to do now ... do I get a card? And do I have to do anything else if my spouse has to work ?

Today I saw the message on the status check that EAD has been been approved. Will I see one more update saying the card has been posted?

COngrats gimme green!Yes you will see another update in 2-3 days that it has been mailed... if you are local - you should receive the cards within a week from now
 
Got the AP approval by mail today. Status check still shows this as unapproved.

I have not yet recved my FP notice ... is it ok ???

Finally got the GCard in hand.

RD: 02/15/05
PD: 01/31/05

EAD: 04/04/05
AP : 03/24/05
FP (spouse):4/19/05
FP (mine) : 05/18/05 -- was out of country

Final approval : 05/25/05
Card received today.There was no need to go for pp stamping.

yes it was California service center.Even the lawyer is totally surprised with our quick approval (in 3mths 10 days) as well as about getting the card.

 
Did they approve I-140 & I-485 at the same time?

Iam sorry I was wrong abt 140 begin one day before 485. Both were approved on the same day.

Congrats for yur quick approval. Could you please give us full details about your case like EB2/EB3, own/sub labor, PD, concurrent filing etc..
