Concurrent Filing 485/765

I was just wondering how you would send the papers if you wanted to file for both I 485 and I 765 together. I am a US Citizen and my spouse came to US as a fiance visa(K1) and then we got married right away.

Now we are applying for his EAD and AOS together.

Also I am not sure about following items in 485:??

1)A # in part 1
2)Current USCIS Status in Part 1
3)not sure what to say for when it asks : were you inspected by a U.S. Immigration officer in part 3?
4) what is Nonimmigrant Visa Number in Part 3

Just to confirm to file EAD and AOS we are filling along I 864(Affidavit of Support), Biographic form for Spouse(G 325). Are we missing any other form?

It seems like all the documents will be going to one address all together.

Please let me know about the queries above and also if you know of any good site that has guidance on how we should proceed.

of course, she was, since she entered on K-1.
