Concurrent filing 140/485 Tracker-CSC

Thank You

Hi WaintingIn Hell,

I really appreciate your responses. Just one more question. If I do go ahead with the new position so do I have to go back Labor level or an amendment can be filed for 140 ?

thanks

"YOU DO NOT WANT TO DO THAT!!”
That was the response I got from my attorney when I asked what if my job description changes. It's just nothing but a hassle particularly when INS & DOL are very, very slow in processing regular cases. Did you talk to your attorney to see how it affects your already approved Labor & ongoing I-140 processing if your job description/responsibilities change now?

Here is the deal, if the new job description and responsibilities deviate too much from the old one, then you may want to reconsider the option of making amendments to your case. I assume, you already filled I-140/485 concurrently and are very close to get them approved. Not to discourage you but if I were you, I would wait for my GC before I do anything that might jeopardize my GC processing. Hope, the info helps you.
Best of luck!

Approved

My 1-140 was approved on Sep 27th, 2004 and today Oct 7,2004 (few mins earlier) I got approval emails for I-485.

I140/I485 RD Dec 15th 2003-MidSize company.
I-140 LUD changed on Sep 27- Approval email on Sep 28th.

I assume you are posting your info. for mutual benefit (tracking) You might not have noticed, but no "year" is listed against your milestone dates ('02, '03, or '04?)

All the dates are in year 2004

call up service center to update your address if you have moved. AR11 does not change address on currently filed applications. it is better to call and verify.

I never moved since I filed the petitions. The online status doesn't show any new updates either. Also, I received my EAD cards without any problem.

ASD Power

I am in the same boat. My RD is 07/23/04. Got AP/EAD in Sept. Nothing came through after that.

Do you live in CA? Since I live in midwest, I was guessing maybe living outside of CA takes longer to get FP notice?

I am in the same situation. I am in Phoenix and have not yet got the FP notice .RD is 7/30 and EAD and AP are approved

processing date is advanced dramatically

Look at the current processing date posted on the USCIS website on 10/6/04, the processing dates for both I140 and I485 were advanced dramatically. Now December 03 for I140s and November 03 for I485s. Compare to the dates posted on 9/17/04, it is moved forward 5 months and 6 months, respectively.
