April 2003 - I140/485/EAD concurrent filers

My I140/485/I765/I131 was delivered by FedEx to VSC on April 11, 2003. I am curious to hear about others regarding ND and the duration for getting EADs.

Received receipts

I received receipts for all the applications with the notice date April 16, 2003. Now the waiting starts!!!

My Company attorney filed I-140,I-485 , EAD, Travel documents on behalf of me and my family on April10 and waiting to receive the reciept numbers.

If any one around these date have any information about the FP etc., Please reply to this mail.

priority data missing??

Is there any priority date given when concurrent filing is done? I saw some people giving priority date on other forums.

Rajudm what is your category EB-2 or EB-3? I havent recieved any reciept notices but I have the EAC numbers which are printed on the back of my cleared checks. The BCIS case status says the recieved date is April 28th 2003.
 
AP approved

Received Original AP documents from my Lawyers. (6/3).

EAD approved (5/20). Ordered for the Card.

my category is EB2.

Your attorney would get all the receipts. Check with him/her if they have received it. Some companies don't disclose EAC numbers.

I talked to my lawyer and he said he recieved the reciepts. I hope my EAD's arrive by this month end. My category is EB-3.

good to know that you have got the receipts. Another 6 to 8 weeks you should get the EAD card provided there is no RFE on cursory evaluation of I140.

Even if you get the RFE nothing to worry because it might be a blessing in disguise....I140 would get cleared in next few months.

I wonder categorty E12 is same as EB2 and E13 same as EB3. there are more categories listed in the BCIS vermont current status page.
 
I understand from this forum that, Category E11/E12/E13 means EB1, E21 means EB2 and E31 means EB3...!!!

Today after checking the BCIS Online status website I saw the following message.

Receipt Number: EAC03156XXXXX

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

On June 19, 2003, after approving your application, we ordered a new card. Your card will be mailed to you as soon as it is ready.

Anybody has any idea when we will get the EAD card after approval. I stay at a different place and I need to plan ahead to go and collect my EAD Card.

I am new to this forum, and I will be filing for my I-140/485 concurrently soon, can anyone please let me know approximately how long it is taking to get 140, EAD, AP, 485 etc approved?
 
I am in the same boat

I just receive my LC, going to apply for I-140 and I-485, need some info about the processing times and also do we need to have medicals done before applying for I140/I485 ?
Ur reply is greatly apprecaited.
 
I didn't receive EAD and AP now.

I found most of person in April got EAD AP. I didn't get it. No Ref. Did anyone have the same experience?
