Concurrent filers April 2003

EAD Approved

Today after checking the BCIS Online status website I saw the following message.

Receipt Number: EAC03156XXXXX

Application Type: I765, APPLICATION FOR EMPLOYMENT AUTHORIZATION

Current Status:

This case has been approved. On June 26, 2003, an approval notice was mailed. If 14 days have passed and you have not received this notice, you may wish to verify or update your address. To update your address, please speak to an Immigration Information Officer during business hours.

Please refer to my earlier post I did on 20th. I have questions when do we get the EAD? What does the earlier post meant?

Any answers?

This means that your attorney will get the approval notice and you will the EAD card in the mail

EAD Approved

Thanks abajaj8. I recieved the cards in the mail today for my wife and myself. EAD valid from 06/19/2003 to 06/18/2004.

SO I got my EAD's in the mail after 11 days after I saw the message that they have ordered for my EAD card.

Just for others info.

My case:

Labor Substitution (EB 3)
Concurrent processing I-140 & I-485 & I -765 recieved at VSC on 04/28/2003.

EAD recieved throught post on 06/30/2003.

Waiting for I-140 Approval. :( :( :(

Guys,

My Lawyer is not willing to give me my I-140 receipt number , I guess this is my companies policy .. Is there a way to get my EAC number to track down my case number ?

Hi Rotny:

Did you give personal checks to your company HR people or the Attorney? If that is the case it depends on the Bank to know your EAC number.

In my case I have given the checks towards the fees. My Bank is DCU. They scan the cleared checks and post it on their website. You can get the EAC numbers on the back of the cleared check.

OR

Did the comapny pay the fees? Then you need to know somebody in HR or Finance.

I just check the 140 status for case number from eac0315150001 to eac0315150700.
All: 39
approve: 10 (25.6%)
ref:9 (23%>
 
Hi Charleydol,

I am glad you did this. Do we need to puch in all the numbers in the case status window to get the infomation or is there any other easy way out.

I have seen in one of the other thread, September 2002 in which susu run some macros to get all the recent approvals. Please let me know if you find out.
