the case was like this.
company A hired the person on H-1 and started GC processing.
when I485 appln has passed 6 months - the person interviewed and got a job offer from company B - telling that upon ur GC approval, u will be hired.
so the person replied RFE with AC21 - with future job offer from company B.
( he is still with the orginal company which sponsored GC - company A)
He got the I485 approval... now the company B says it took too late to get the GC and they are closing down so does not have any openings .
the guy stayed with company A ( the orginal company which applied for Gc)
what is his options right now..... will he have problems during citizenship appln because of this?
options:
1. he keeps quiet and just goes ahead with citizenship appln. (if problem arises shows proof that company B did not offer position whe he got GC)
2. determine that company B has commited fraud by falsely giving an offer letter and voluntarily go tell UCSIS and give away his greencard (i really want to see who will say yes to this)
3. writes a detailed letter to UCSIS telling what happened.....
4. any thisng else he can do ??
