Company withdraw I-140....Any idea??? Can i use AC21

My 485 has been pending for more than 180 days and my 140 is approved too. Can the Employer now revoke the approved 140 ?

----- if I-140 approved AND I-485 pending more than 180 days and you find a new job in same skills the past employer cannot Revoke the I-140, you can use AC21

As we all know, AC21 is highly unclear topic. I don't follow, why USCIS cannot come up with proper interpretation. Is it real hard???? I strongly feel till the law is not clear, we can always take advantage.

I feel if painful140 finds a same or similar job soon and sends AC21 letter to USCIS with all the proof, after July 05,2004, he will be safe. I am sure, they will open the withdrawal letter after 2-3 months only. If USCIS will act on his I-140 withdrawal after 180 days, he will be fine.

Thank you for your help when i had some problems in my 140 withdraw case yes. It's a long and painful journey, but it worth it when i got i and my wife got 485 approvels. finally, i made it. Just like my post, don't lose your hope, never give it up.

Its more than a year since my 140 approved but 485 1 month back. God forbid, if my employer let me go, can I use AC21.

Since its already 1 year since my 140 approved, can employer revoke 140?
