Company closing and H1 :(

Hello:

I am on an H1 with a company(Caliber Consulting) for the past 10 months, now I hear that my consulting company is going to be closed. In such a scenario what happens to the H1 consultants in the company ?????

To make things worse, I have been on bench for the last 3 months and hence without my last 3 paystubs. Can a H1 transfer be done without the last 3 months' paystubs ?

-Bench/Table is NOT allowed, employer need to pay. send complaint to DOL and recover your wages

I have already lodged a complaint against Caliber in DOL. Now, I found a consulting company who is willing to do H1 transfer, but they need my latest paystubs. The biggest problem, is I am not able to contact anyone in Caliber anymore. I was dealing with Poonam and Pramod from Caliber. Poonam, seems to have either quit Caliber Consulting or she is not lifting any of my calls. Pramod it seems has gone to India for a long vacation.

Can u please guide me and get me out of this trouble ?

I got an offer from caliber and attended the visa interview.Now in the visa interview they had asked for some documents from the petitioner side.I had send a private message to you.Could u please reply to that.Iam helpless...

I got my H1 through caliber consulting...my interview was on 29th aug but VO told me to present some more documents which i have requrested to Poonam kaushal but since my interview i got the impression that she jst delaying my process now i came to know the real picture from you....

In a way I guess its good.

Ask me why?

1. These people are totally unprofessional.
2. They have no ethics
3. Have NO concern about the consultant.

And the people whom you folks mention in the post are ?th rated. First of all you got to think if they are really genuine why are they hiding ? Have you tried calling them on the numbers listed if at all they have listed on their web site.

Its better you try through professional setups that are here in India. Basically they are reliable because there are many who have got their H1b through them and also found clients.
