Code 1 finished !!!

I finished my code 1 FP & 43 days have passed but still no approval mail yet.
Noticed lot other forum members received their approval 30/40 days after code 1 but don't know what's going on with my case. Well, I'm still hopeful that I'll get the good news soon. Only thing I'm really confused is how people from ND 2002 gets approval where ND 2000 cases are still pending????
I mean I know about USCIS there ain't no telling but it just don't make no sense what so ever !!!!!!!!! :confused: :confused: :confused: :D

Dear Atique:

A friend of mine. She got her Approval mail last Tuesday after she did 60 days of Code1. Your GC is coming.

Atique whatever happened to all of your optimism? What happened to all of positive stuff you told everyone that "your gc is around corner"? My friend you need to have that optimism for yourself..
 
CIS is such a cruel agency that anybody could lose nerve....
No matter how nice americans are with you but this Govt. stuff suggests how much they want to discourage people settling in this country.

Want, You are wrong!!!!!! I'm always positive & optimistic. Besides you have no rights to tell me to keep that in myself. Don't forget you are just a moderator not to control my feelings or opinions.

Atique my friend,

How are you? Long time no talk. Cause of your delay in your process could be all these Holidays. People tend to get lazy as the Holiday season approches and USCIS is no exception. I would say just hang in there and keep that positive attitude alive because you don't have much options. Keep in mind that those who discourage your aptimism are burned out themselves and nothing will make them happy UNTIL they get their own approvals. And that is the reason they jump on everyone who brings even a little hope or positive attitude to this board. No Offense to anyone.

Atique, I think you took it the wrong way. You said that ND 2002 were getting approved whereas ND 2000 were still waiting. It makes no sense at all...

Your frustration was showing...like everyone who is waiting..

Thanks Noman. It's sure nice to hear from you back. You are exactly right because of this Holiday season things may take a little longer than we all anticipated.
Noman, As far as I think the point of this forum is to share our experiences,thoughts,ideas things in that nature right? It's known by every single member that we all are upset with our processing time thing. Just the difference is some are more than others but over all we all are in same boat till our case is processed & receive our approval mail.
As I said along with all others I am very upset with this USCIS thing but is it a crime to be hopeful/optimistic or give others hope ????
It's not fun when someone in the forum makes fun with that.
To tell you the truth the very first day I came across this forum I treat all these members like my own brothers & sisters who been going through the same pain that I've been in. So don't you think it will be more constructive for all of us instead of criticizing others lets better be all share & be positive & most importantly being more respectful towards other member's positive attitude?
It don't cost us nothing to be hopeful nor giving other's hope. As I always appreciate your coments & positive attitude. Now one can say what's the point being giving false hope. But my thing is who is that person to judge which one is false hope or not. Although USCIS is slow but it's true that atleast they are doing a whole lot better than previous time right?
So we all need to be stick with each other by not making fun of each other but being more respectful & caring way.

Another ND July 2002 case got approval email today (Nov 28). So NSC is actually working during the holiday. :confused:

Atique bro,

You have every right to express your feelings and share the information. Thats what this forum is all about. But like i said before, for some people, positive attitude and being optimistic just doesn't cut it anymore. They just want to hear the BIG news and they won't accept anything less. Keep in mind, some of them have been around for a long time and they have heard what you are telling them probably million times and it is just not enough for them anymore. And some of them have a habit of rubbing others the wrong way. My advise to you my friend is just keep doing what you are doing. I am pretty sure you are helping alot of other folks here.
 
Dear Want:

In your post, you mentioned that once we are requested to do Code1, again, that is period of that our name checkings have been returned to NSC. Did I understand correctly? Please give me a confirm, brother.
