Co sponser for my father who is a green card holder

Hi: I need help. I am a green card holder and last 1 yr am not working( coz am laid off, and am getting my unemployment). My father is a green card holder and he used to come come every year from India to visit us for 5- 10 days. My father applied for my elder brother for green card in 2005. So he has no income here. So can I cosponser my father?

You mean you want be a co-sponsor for your brother since your father already already has his GC, correct? Is your father currently residing in India most of the year?

My father is the main sponsor , but he has no income here. So can I co sponsor my father with my income ? Am I clear?

My father residing in India most of the year. Only few days he will stay with us.
