Hi All,

I suspect I know the answer to this but I would rather be safe than sorry. I am almost 70 years old and remembering a lot of stuff is tough for me. :) :)

With a question that has several answers, but no quantity defined in the question, do I need to know all the answers or just one? Here's 3 examples.

Example... (1)
6. What is one right or freedom from the First Amendment?*
? speech
? religion
? assembly
? press
? petition the government

OK, that one is self explanatory and I can select just one.

Example... (2)
2. What does the Constitution do?
? sets up the government
? defines the government
? protects basic rights of Americans

Can I just select one of those to answer or do I have to recite all three?

Example...(3)
61. Why did the colonists fight the British?
? because of high taxes (taxation without representation)
? because the British army stayed in their houses (boarding, quartering)
? because they didn’t have self-government

Can I answer "taxation without representation" or must I say answer of "because of high taxes and taxation without representation"?

Thanks

There are very few requiring more than one answer, like to name a few of the original 13 colonies. Most only require one answer.

Just a note if you are over 65 and have been a PR for more than 20 years you need to study just the questions marked with a *

Thanks for the info, but I qualify on one count but not on the other. :) Only had the GC 7 or 8 years.
