Question 23: name your U.S. representatives
Question 28: what is the name of the President of the United States now
Question 29: what is the name of the Vice President of the United States now
Question 47: What is the name of the speaker of the House Representatives

That is all I can locate.

In theory, there could be more questions falling into this category for example, a new amendment can be made to the constitution. The federal can move its eat from D.C to another city. The
number of stars on the national flag can change but they should not be concern practically. So totally there are only 4 questions whose answer can change. And actually only Question 23 is more likely to change in near future

How is this an issue? Unless the answer actually changes then stick with the current persons for 23, 28, 29,47 etc. If it changes then use the new one.

That is why one need to be aware of the change. It is hard to miss
the change in presidency because that is surely in the news if it happens.
But one ususally does not know who is his/her representative in the house
and it can change often

Normally it wouldn't change more than once in two years.
If you are studying for the test you need to find out who it is and if there will be an election soon.
It is a test after all, you are supposed to think about it.:)

Worst case it is one question out of a hundred or so and you just need 6 right to pass. The chances of failing the test because there was an election and the government representatives changed and you didn't realize are very small :)

Considering that the House of Representatives has a re-election rate rivaling Stalin's Politburo, that's unlikely. You also know how often the House is up for election, right? ;)

I'll find out who it is during last few days prior to the interview.

ANy knowledgable person will be able to answer correctly to well over 60%
of 100 questions. But there is still a chance that 10 questiosn randomly slected happen to te the 10 quesition one can not answr more than 6 correctly. So one better prepare to know answer to all 100 questions.

You should take a look at the "life in the UK test" that prospective UK citizens have to take, the 100 US questions are a walk in the park. :)
