Here is my question:

I lived address X since 2001, and moved to address Y on 2007 to present. When I moved I did the AR11, but did not change the address on my ID. The reason is still my family lives at X. Now I put my application address Y as my primary residence, but still have X on my ID. Still my family (children) live at X. It ganna be a problem to live at Y, and to have my ID X, where my children live, and I live for five years?

Thanks guys

I suggest you go ahead and make the corrections on your ID. The only possible problem I could think of is whether your new ID will raise questions regarding the district residency requirement for which you should be prepared to establish using your lease/mortgage payments, utility bills, etc.

Address Change

Have you filed form AR-11 for change of address with USCIS. Based on what I have read in various forums, you have to send out this form (register mail). Then you have to establish a 3 month residency with the new State that you moved. After all that, you should send out the N-400 form for naturalization. Some said that they went on the interview and N-400 got denied because they didn't complete 3 months residency in the new State. Some others said that nobody asked them anything about this subject and the passed the interview. In any case, double check what the correct thing to do is and let us know as well. I have a similar problem (I don't know which address USCIS has on file for me - the old or the new one? I live in a new State now but I think I never notified of that change. Now I want to send out the N-400 form and don't know which address to use) and nobody can give me a correct answer.
