Citizenship: What information to write on copy of GC?

With Form N 400 we have to provide photo copy of the front and back of the GC. The filing instruction says
every attachment needs to have A-Number, The Date, Application Part & Item and Your Signature.
of-course in this case "Application Part & Item" doesn't make sense, however do we need to write other mentioned information on the copy of GC.? Which is:

A-Number
The Date
Signature

Just the date would be enough. They can match the copy to the application, after all.
