Hi All,

This question is related to my friend....
He's getting ready to file his citizenship later this year. Him and his Girl friend have 2 kids(he is the biological father) but they are not married yet. Don't ask why.

Does he need to mention his kids on the N-400 as he is their biological father? how does he answer the question. He is applying for his citizenship based on the 5 year rule.

Any thoughts....

Yes he should put their names and all information even if he's not married with their mother

yes, mention them. Be honest on this aspect with INS.

Why he's not married? Let us in on a secret on why you aren't married to the mother of your two kids? We need to know, the health care reform is depended on it...
