I got married overseas and got my greencard when I entered the USA 7 years ago, got divorce 6 months later. A few months ago, I applied N-400 and had two interviews with USCIS. The last interview, they asked me a lot of questions about my marriage, I got a feeling they suspect my intention when I got my green card because the marriage only lasted for 6 month after I arrived in USA.
During my last interview 3 weeks ago, they asked me to provide all the "evidence" to prove the marrige and my wife and me "lived together". I don't have those records (banking statements, etc)because those are 7-8 years ago.
I went to my ex-wife's house and she moved a few years ago. What happend if I can't provide the evidence to USCIS for my N-400 application? They are going to take my green card back? Or they are going to deny my N-400 only?
Please help.
