Lol, point taken. Yes, I know, I heard/read about some horror stories :-[. Thanks for your help guys ;-)

For example, take me, they have screwed me by delaying a simple family based GC for 4 years. If they did their job, I would have been Citizen in 2006 and vote. I am sure there are far worse screwups out there.

4 years? That's horrible. I guess there is 'story' effect too. Most people with problems look online and start sharing/exchanging their experiences when majority of people get it relatively fast and not say anything anywhere.
