CIS's Response to Senator Cornyn about my plastic !!!!

I'm totally frustrated with the Biometrics issue. As I mentioned in my earlier posts I had my Bio code 2 first done July 2005 but after 485 approval CIS can't find that therefore plastic wasn't issued but USCIS sent me another Bio appointment for May 4TH. Which I did exactly as I was instructed & now funny thing is CIS responded Mr. Cornyn saying I didn't appear for the Bio.
What's going on here !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Here's what CIS's response to Senator Cornyn :
Dear Sentor Cornyn,
Thank you for your fax regarding the issuance of Atique Rahman's Permanent Resident card (PRC).

CIS electronic records indicate that on 02-9-06 our office approved an Asylum Based I-485 application for Atique Rahman.
To date CIS electronic records do not reflect that CIS has issued a PRC to Atique Rahman. However, CIS electronic records do reflect that in conjunction with the processing of the order Atique Rahman's PRC, Atique Rahman was scheduled to appear on 05-04-06, at 8:00 am at CIS in Ft. Worth, TX to have his biometrics taken. Our office notified Mr. Rahman of that appointment by mail.

To date CIS electronic records do not reflect that Mr. Rahman appeared to have his biometrics taken. Therefore today I sent a copy of the Biometric Notice referenced in the paragraph above to Mr. Rahman. Once Mr. Rahman receives that notice, if he has not yet had his biometrics taken, he should contact the Ft. Worth,TX CIS office listed on the form to request that he be re-scheduled to have his biometrics taken. Please note that approximately 2 weeks after Mr. Rahman has his biometrics taken CIS should mail him a PRC.

Guys, what's going on with my bio thing???? I have done twice already & CIS says I didn't appear :mad: :mad:
Also what in the hell they mailed me again as it mentioned in the Senators inquiry mail?
Everybody please help me. I'm getting at the edge of the breaking point.
What game is USCIS playing with me after all this time ?
I even tried to contact ASC (Application Support Center) not this time but the one I did back in July 2005 (USCIS can't find) but ASC security guard didn't even let me talk to an officer but replied that's impossible. Anytime a bio is taken it automatically goes to USCIS right away so it's USCIS's fault that they can't find your file :D :D
Now who should I fight with ?????? USCIS says ASC didn't send my bio & ASC says the opposit.

Please need all your wise comments.

I have the appointment receipt with ASC stamp & date !!!

Yes, I have the appointment receipt copy that has ASC stamp & the date I appeared for bio on it too & I faxed that copy to Senator's office couple of days back.
Senator's office called me day before yesterday regarding this CIS response & I fricked out saying I have the recipt copy to prove that I was there at the ASC May 04, 2006 8:00 am & had my bio taken now how the hell they say I was not appeared there????
Lady that I spoke from Senator Cornyn's office told me to fax that & I did that right away.
What's the problem here? Who is not doing their job right? Is it ASC or USCIS?
Both blaming each other & I am the one suffering.

First of all relax. They already approved your case and that is just clerical.

Stay in touch with the senator's staff and this will be taken cared of.

Stay calm.

I assumed you'd get your GC by now!!! Sorry Man. I feel your pain!

From reading the letter they sent to the senator, I think they sent you the initial bio appointment letter again to "prove" that they had scheduled you for a bio. Since you sent the proof to the senator's office, hold on and wait for the senator office to contact CIS on your behalf regarding your proof. Also, fax them (the Senator's office) your ASC reciept from 2005 to show you showed up then too (I think you had mentioned on your previous posts that you have that too).

MGTgrl, I have faxed both receipts as you mentioned. The one I did back in July 2005 & also the most current one May 4th, 2006. Both were code 2 bio receipts with ASC Biometrics Processing stamp along with the date on it.

In that case, I guess hold tight and wait! By the way, how soon after the Senator contacted CIS did they (CIS) reply?

thankful so if CIS says I didn't appear regardless I have the proof I again have to re-do the same thing again. As I said I already did twice how many more times man :D :D :D . And you are telling me to relax !!!!!!!

It's hard to relax my friend. What excatly do you mean by clarical ? If they notified Senator they don't have my Bio in file that's final no matter how many times I did do so. After all it's a US Senator they responded that, not you or me whom they just simply don't give a damn.

Now my question is it's sad but may be I'll be going for another bio but what's the surety same shit is not going to repeat. This is terrible. Someone somewhere is messed up big time & playing with us innocent tax paying law abiding foreign immigrants.

Well I dont do much to the PRC either have it in my wallet and feel nothing. I could not find the envelop so I made one for my self of the FedEx envelop.
Send a copy of BIO appointment receipt to your senator and let them deal with this crap. I think you can just fax it over, you may want to send a copy of the other one(old one) as well to just in case let them have it.

I hope your jouney will end soon dealing with punch of retards.

Nasr, I just did that. Faxed both copy to Senators office.
