My green card show resident since 11/09/04 and even my passport stamp showing the same. which is the right. that what was my GC interview day

but MY I485 WAC # showing my green card approve notice was send on 12/09/04

I sent my N-400 on 08/13/09. but so far my check didn't cash yet. I am not sure why :(

Any advice? do you think they will reject my application because of more that 90 days according to their calculation ?

You applied 4 days ago and are wondering why they haven't cashed your check??
Give it at least 30 days after you send in application before you start wondering why they haven't cashed your check yet.

You are resident from 11/09/04 and you are eligible to apply as of 08/11/2009.

My GC card shows 11/08/04 , but i got the final approval in 05/14/2005.

Last week i filed my N-400 and see my timeline.

Thanks a lot.

my concern was because the GC expire day is showing 12/07/2014
which is 10 years from their approval notice not from my residence since date.

Relax, your check will be cashed in 30 days or more.

If your application is rejected because of the 90 days, you will get your application back, but in my opinion, I don't think it will be rejected. It will continue until you hear from the IO during the interview.

If I were you I'd talk with an IO via Infopass and determine what their system shows..in the end USCIS will go by the date in their system. Make sure you get the IO's name and date spoken to in case you are told you are eligible, but later (at interview) told you applied too early. If you don't inquire now, you risk having your check cashed, FP done, only to be told you applied too early at the interview. Get the discrepancy straightened out now before it's too late.
