Do you have a job offer? If so, ask the employer to apply for H1 for you. Since the quota is already gone for fresh H1, only way you can get H1 if you had H1 status in past 6 years and your H1 was counted against quota at that time.

If you are a denstist, do you have unconditional state license to practise as a dentist.

If no, you are not eligible for any H1 visa for dentist job.

Dental assistant or hygenic jobs do not qualify for a H1 visa.
