hello all i hope some one can help me.
My uncle filed for my father 10 years ago , now my father recieved package from nvc asking him to send in documents. My father is in the united states and has been for the last 10 years. Because of the 10 year bar if he does consular processing i would like to know how can he switch form consular processing to adjust ment of status ??
i would really appreciate any help if he has to do adjustment of status we would like to do it before the fee hike.
