Changing employers using AC21 clarification

Hi,
If the I-140/485 have been pending for more that 180 days you can change employers.

The question is do you have to join the original employer back once the I-485 is approved?Or you can just continue with your new employer?

Anyone who has used AC21 can please reply to my query.I would really appreciate it..

If you have not used AC21, then I would suggest you to join back your Old employer to prove that you infact intended to work for the sponsoring employer. This question would arise only when you apply for Citizenship. At that point of time, you will have to prove that you had an intend to work for your sponsoring employer.

If you have used AC21, then just forget your old employer, you don't have to join the old employer.

This is just my thought after reading this forum for a long time. Please note I haven't used AC21.
 
I am sorry but I don't what using AC21 would mean.Can you explain a little bit.

I thought when you left your employer and joined a new employer after 180 days of I-140/485 filing you are automatically using AC21.Do you have to tell anyone or fill any special documentation that you're using AC21.

USCIS "expects" (but does not require) an alien to submit evidence of a change of job simply by sending in a letter. If you do not provide proactive evidence of a change of intent, you should save it in case USCIS kicks back an RFE or transfers for an interview, or at naturalization time.
