Changing Employers on TN Status

I have a TN with EMploer A and working at Client site. My Client is sponsoring the TN now and they are submitting I129 in premimum process. Am I allowed to wokr on receipt or I need to wait until TN Approval?

New sponsor requires APPROVED TN before working. Only properly filed renewals allow for working while I-129 is pending.

My education is Mechanical Engineering. My Last two TN's (Computer Systems Analyst) I got it from port of entry for a different employers. Now this employer is sending my TN application to USCIS in PP. Since my education is mechanical engineering can we expect any issues getting the TN?
