I have following question about I-140 approval and AC21.
My GC has been filed by company A. My I-140 is approved and I-485 is pending for more than 180 days. I have EAD and AP with me but I am still working on H1. Can I join company B using the EAD/AP and at the same time is it possible that I can use AC21 to get my GC supported by company C or AC21 has to be supported only by company B ?
The situation is like this because job at company B is not same/similar as specified in labor certification processed by company A but job which will be offered in company C is same of labor certification processed by company A.
