Hi,
We sent the application to State Labor in April 2002, and now due to the prevailing wages (to determine RIR eligibility), we received a letter from California EDD. And then we realised the job category( 15-1032 ) was incorrect. It's supposed to be mechanical engineer. But the problem is, in the ETA-750 the attorney stated the job category as "software or hardware engineer".
My question is can we change this item, since the letter only asking for changes in prevailing wages. Should we leave it as it is..or should we abandon this and file a new application(and go back to the waiting queue)? Since we have around 2-3 years left on our 6th duration. Either way, what's the worst thing that can happen.
Thanks,
msl
