Change of status from H4 to F1 denied

I have applied for a Change of status from H4 to F1 on April 14th 2007. My H4 expired on June 24th 2007 and I have applied for an extension on 16th June 2007. California Service center denied change of status to F1.

1) Please advise me, when is the best time to apply for F1 again? (I will be starting school this september on H-4).

2) Does USCIS return my I-20 and other documents? Or, do i need a new I-20?
Any help is greatly appreciated!

The denial notice says, my H4 would expire on 24th june 07 and my F1 status (if approved) would start on 4th sept 07. So, there would be a 2 month gap between the two.
My question is can i apply for F1 again?
The other thing is my I485 is in process. Would the application to F1 interfere with that?
 
Did you apply F1 after 24th June 07 or earlier date?

Dear Great Guru

Since you were interested in the previous post, i have a question for you or any one that could help, i know that you are not a lawyer, any help or information or link to a previous post with similar conditions will be greatly appreciated !

My case is like that i came to the US sept. 2006 and applied for extension in feb. 2007 & got approved in march 2007 (with I-94 valid till 15th of sept), on june 1st i got my I-20 from school, so i completed all the required documents and sent my I-539 application (Hoping to get F1 Visa to study) to Vermont service center, they cashed my check and posted my case online with date 18th june

the date of school enrollment on the SEVIS Application was 25 of august (fall semester), then since my case was still pending the school updated the date to 25th of sept (as late enrollment), and now since my case is still pending the school will update the enrollment date to next semester (spring semester)

As i can see pinkrose got denied because there were a gap between the two states, clearly i am in the same situation, so does that means they will deny my case?

Do you know the results for other cases like mine?

PS All documents that were attached to my application were perfect (showing funds to study for four years, i own two companies one here and the other is in my home country), also i stayed and didn't leave the US waiting for the results of my case as an advice from the congress office as i asked a senator about my case and he advised me not leave until my is done
