change of job < 180 days: Recent exp with BCIS interpretation

Folks:

The following text in some RFEs worries me a lot if BCIS is taking an adverse stance on changing jobs < 180 days of 485 filing. (esp when waiting for RFE in the mail)

....you must also submit evidence to show the date you ended your employment ....

Any thoughts and recent experiences on this subject???

Please post the full sentence of that RFE if you don't mind. Are they specifically asking the termination letter from previous company?

That RFE makes no sense to me. It has a sentence afterwards that indicates that if the alien isn't working, that's OK if he can provide evidence he won't be a public charge. Well, an EB alien cannot be unemployed for the I-485 to be approved! What was the BCIS officer thinking?

Seems like a boilerplate RFE text that may have been selected by accident. I'm not entirely sure this has AC21 implications until we see more of these.
