I am currently working in US with employer A on TN visa (I am a Canadian Citizen). MY TN is valid thru 06/12. I have an offer from Employer B which i am considering positively.
What do I need to do in order to transfer the TN visa from one employer to another? If a transfer is not allowed, do I HAVE to resign from Employer A before going to POA to apply for a new TN? Both A & B are full time. Considering the risk involved, I would prefer to have the safety net of continuing with my current employer while applying for the new TN. I will greatly appreciate your insight.
