Change of address (GC holder)

Hello,

I'm a greencard holder from recently announced 'countries of concern'. I moved (in 2023) since I received my green card (in 2021). I was trying to check through myUSCIS if my address is current on my account (where I manage both my and my wife's accounts), but I can't find anything regarding my current address on my account. I checked under 'your account' > 'Change Your Address' > 'View my submissions' that there are no submissions on my account. It says 'You currently have no submissions.' I checked my email to see if there was any receipts, but there only is a password change notice on the day that we moved, but no receipts related to change of address.

1. I'm wondering if there is a way to see my current address on myUSCIS account for both me and my wife?
2. Would a change of address fall under 'immigration requests' under new policy release 'https://www.uscis.gov/newsroom/news-releases/uscis-implements-additional-national-security-measures-in-the-in-the-wake-of-national-guard-shooting'? . I'll submit a new request if it is not currently updated but I want to double check the address before submitting an unnecessary request to trigger a case review.
3. In case my request to change the address was not processed or submitted correctly when I moved in 2023, what are the implications if I do it now?

Thank you!

A follow up concern: I do manage both my and my wife's cases from the same online account, as you can add the case by adding the case number. However, I just noticed that when creating the online account (https://myaccount.uscis.gov/create-account), you get the quoted message below.

1. While in theory, address change can be submitted by providing the name of the person, DOB, and the new address through the same account, this message seems to be suggesting to do it separately for each person on a separate account. Should I go ahead and open a new account for my wife, add her cases to her account and submit the change of address through the new portal anyways to be on the safe side?

2. Also, would it be wise to check with Emma or Tier 1 what address do they have on file for me first or would that be an unnecessary move which may create extra attention?

Your USCIS account is only for you. Do not create an account to share with family or friends. Each person should have their own online account even if they are minors. Individual accounts allow us to best serve you and protect your personal information.

You must provide your own email address below if you are the one who is filing a form online, submitting an online request, or tracking a case. Your email address is used to log in to your USCIS online account. All USCIS email communications will be sent to this address.
