Change of Address form

I have just got my h1b transfered and have relocated also.
My 6 years of H1b finishes in Mar 2004 but my current I-94 card(lower portion of I-797 form) is indicating Sep 2005. While filling the change of address form, in the column stay expires on I indicated Sep 2005 to match up with my current I-94 card and sent it to INS.

Questions:

1. Did I need to specify Mar 2004 for stay expires on column ?

2. If I made a mistake by indicating sep 2005, do I need to take any action to fix it ?

3. What action do I need to take to fix it ? Is sending another change of address form with indicating Mar 2004 for 'stay expires on' column is sufficient or do I need to contact a immigration attorney to help me out..

No need to worry. Change of address form is used to notify change of address that is all. it is not a status indicator. Lot of things might happen before 2004 , in your life. Chill out.
