Change of Address - 2011 DV applicant

Hello,

I filed the DV 2011 form on october 2009. In december 2009 I moved to a new apartment (always inside in the USA) and immediately filed form AR-11 (change of address). My question is if this change of address with apply just for USCIS records or if the guys at the Department of State (KCC) will also update my records. If not, what could I do to make sure they have my right address for the NL's

Did you win the DV lottery? Do you have your confirmation number? You can always check it online after July 1st. You can also change your address at post office and they will forward your mail for one year.

Hopefully I'll be a winner but since I moved a coulple of weeks after filing the application I was very concern about something going wrong with the mail. I already changed the address online with the USPS
 
It will be sent to the address you provided when entering the lottery. If you have a forwarding address it will be forwarded but you might want to get an extension for the forwarding after the forwarding ends, since the window for NL's is a long time frame.

You can check your online status whenit will be posted...if I remember well that was July 1st for DV 2010, so that might also be the date for DV 2011, but check the website to make sure.
