Change In Dv Application Fee

Is it true that DV application fee has been changed from $435 per person to $755 per person with effect as of March, 2005?

I just filled dv for 2 persons and total it costed me around $900(with 1 EAD).
Fees were for standart 2xI485 forms and one EAD. No extra fee for DV.

yes, the increase in price has been reported by the consulates beginning March 8, I think.
