certified copy of the arrest

How do I get a certified copy of the arrest, court disposition and sentencing? The arrest happened more than 5 years ago in north California.
Any help please.

I was informed that you'd have to begin with DPS - ask for public record of
the citation,
arrest report,
and final disposition.

I believe you could initiate online...
